Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) to move inventory
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handover of operations
- Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and sorting incoming shipments
- Follow quality control standards to ensure product integrity
- Participate in ongoing safety training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25kg repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Park Way location
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Team-oriented approach with good communication skills
