Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using handheld scanning devices
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas to ensure operational efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely and responsibly
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security guidelines during shift operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Complete shift handover documentation accurately and promptly
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25kg regularly during shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location (night transport available)
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if required for role advancement
