Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory products using warehouse management systems
- Load/unload shipments with efficiency and attention to safety protocols
- Organize and maintain clean, orderly storage areas and aisles
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper training
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Report equipment issues and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong teamwork ethic and communication skills
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule (Sunday-Thursday)
