Responsibilities
- Perform inventory management and stock rotation in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Package and label products according to specifications
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly production targets
- Complete digital inventory reports using handheld scanners
- Participate in monthly safety and efficiency training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all associates
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during night shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to Mission District facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper techniques
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Flexible availability to work overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
