Responsibilities
- Sort and organize incoming shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift/pallet jack training provided)
- Prepare orders for shipment and delivery
- Maintain inventory accuracy with scanning systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members on daily goals
- Complete training modules and safety certifications
Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to North Seattle facility
- Pass background/drug screen (paid by company)
- Must be available for night shift schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
