Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing training certification
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques
- Communicate effectively with supervisors about operational updates
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide full training!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
