Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments using handheld scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment (training provided)
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly productivity targets
- Follow strict safety protocols and quality control standards
- Complete digital documentation and reporting tasks
- Assist with monthly inventory audits and stock rotation
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to NW Miami location
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
