Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory using RF scanners
- Prepare and pack customer orders for shipment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Participate in monthly inventory counts and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to L Street NW location
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with occasional lifting of 75 lbs
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule including weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
