Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and organize incoming shipments using barcode scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas following safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- No experience required - full training provided
- Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Physical stamina to lift up to 30kg (66 lbs) regularly
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Valid UK work authorization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
