Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments accurately using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones using RF scanners
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Maintain clean and safe work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete daily paperwork and inventory reports
- Participate in cross-functional training programs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Reliable transportation to night shift schedule (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper training
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
