Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare merchandise for shipment using industrial equipment and hand tools.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently during designated shifts.
- Process and verify inventory data, ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform basic data entry and documentation tasks using warehouse management software.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
