Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and clutter-free.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Entry Level candidates are highly encouraged to apply; no logistics background required.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
