Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages utilizing conveyor belts and manual equipment.
- Perform inventory checks and reconcile data entry records with high accuracy.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work zone, adhering to all safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to meet daily production quotas.
- Assist in preparing and labeling outbound shipments for morning delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for counting and weighing items.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new operational processes quickly.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
