Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare packages for shipment according to strict safety and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records to prevent shortages.
- Sort and organize merchandise within the warehouse to optimize storage space and retrieval efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during designated shift hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
