Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery fulfillment
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shift KPIs
- Complete daily paperwork and digital reporting in WMS systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexible availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM (Sun-Thu schedule)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- No prior warehouse experience required – paid training provided
- Pass background check and drug screening
