Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) to move inventory
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Complete digital documentation of warehouse activities in real-time
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory management concepts
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our North Houston facility
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
