Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Operate warehouse equipment under supervision during training
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Support cross-functional teams as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work nights (6 PM - 6 AM schedule)
- Reliable transportation to industrial area
- Pass background check and drug screen
- No prior warehouse experience necessary
