Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and process incoming shipments with accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Pick and pack customer orders for next-day delivery
- Maintain inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly productivity targets
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Flexibility to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM schedule
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
