Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently after training completion
- Manage inventory using scanning systems and documentation protocols
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet daily operational goals
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during night shift
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work 10 PM – 6 AM schedule (Monday–Friday)
- Commitment to safety protocols and teamwork
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – training provided
- Reliable transportation to North Chicago facility
