Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments using barcode scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory records in digital systems and physical storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipping
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software operation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to the Miami facility
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM – 6 AM)
