Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient shift transitions
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures during night operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Island location
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (6 PM - 4:30 AM)
- No prior warehouse experience required - training provided
