Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory counts in warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly shipment targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in cycle counts and quarterly physical inventories
- Document discrepancies and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to night shift location
- Basic computer literacy (familiarity with Excel preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with flexible availability
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided!
