Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and perform cycle checks
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Document warehouse activities and resolve discrepancies
- Support facility maintenance and equipment inspections
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
