Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through systematic stocking and inventory rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately to supervisors
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- No prior warehouse experience necessary - we provide comprehensive training
- Reliable transportation to the 11 PM - 7 AM shift schedule
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
