Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory using handheld scanners and automated systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Maintain organized stock levels in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Perform quality control checks and report inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company housekeeping standards
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
