Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using barcode scanners and inventory management systems
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery fulfillment
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces following OSHA safety protocols
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict quality control standards for all outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
