Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment following safety protocols
- Maintain organized warehouse spaces through proper stocking and rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with certification
- Perform quality checks to ensure product integrity before shipping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Complete daily inventory reports and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM, 4 nights/week)
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
