Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock checks and rotation
- Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize overnight workflow efficiency
- Document inventory discrepancies and operational issues using digital reporting tools
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- No experience required - full training provided for all technical tasks
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during 8-hour shifts
- Basic literacy and numeracy for order processing and inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Park Way location
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems
