Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders for next-day delivery
- Operate electric pallet jacks and scanning equipment safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation
- Adhere to strict health and safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and warehouse discrepancies
- Support quality control processes during inbound/outbound operations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Valid UK work authorization and right to work
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work Monday-Sunday, 11 PM - 7 AM
- Reliable transportation to East London facility
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
