Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery fulfillment
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and perform daily cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during overnight shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation to industrial area (Henderson/Southwest Las Vegas)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (4x10 or 5x8)
- Team player with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
