Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during the night shift.
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional support to clients and team members, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately input and maintain records in company systems to ensure data integrity.

- Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management as needed.
- Communication: Relay important information to the day shift team to maintain continuity of operations.

Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliability: A track record of being punctual and dependable.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable navigating computer systems and using email.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
