Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer emails, chat messages, and phone calls during the night shift with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
- Data Entry & Management: Maintain and update client databases with high attention to detail and minimal errors.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot basic technical and process-related issues for clients and escalate complex problems to the day shift team.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- System Monitoring: Perform routine checks on remote systems to ensure connectivity and operational stability.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers of ongoing tasks.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers.
- Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
- Internet: A stable, high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
