Responsibilities
- Manage patient inquiries via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Coordinate care plans with medical providers using EHR systems
- Process insurance verifications and billing documentation
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Triage urgent medical concerns and escalate appropriately
- Provide empathetic patient education on treatment protocols
- Collaborate with night shift clinical team for seamless care continuity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no experience required)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new software
