Responsibilities
- Operate automated production machinery and monitor equipment performance
- Perform quality control checks using digital measurement tools
- Assemble components with precision following technical schematics
- Maintain clean and organized workstation per 5S standards
- Document production data accurately in digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed
