Responsibilities
- Assist nurses with patient vital signs and basic care procedures
- Monitor patient status and report changes to clinical staff
- Maintain clean, organized patient rooms and treatment areas
- Transport patients safely between departments using medical equipment
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
- Stock and inventory medical supplies in patient care areas
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams during shift transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (training provided)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience in healthcare or customer service environment a plus
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced emergency settings
