Responsibilities
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical conditions during night shifts
- Assist patients with daily activities including mobility, bathing, and nutrition
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision following safety protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate changes to healthcare team
- Sterilize equipment and ensure patient areas meet hygiene standards
- Respond to patient emergencies and provide basic life support when needed
- Participate in continuous training and skill development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Current CPR certification (training provided if not certified)
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
