Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and document observations in electronic health records
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, mobility, and nutrition
- Respond to patient call lights and provide timely interventions
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team on care plans
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Administer basic treatments under supervision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR/BLS certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
