Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, feeding, and mobility
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain clean and organized patient care areas
- Respond to patient call lights promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with night shift team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Adhere to all hospital safety protocols and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided upon hire)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during 8-12 hour shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
