Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities to nursing staff
- Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Prepare and maintain patient rooms and medical equipment
- Accurately document patient care information in electronic health records
- Collaborate with overnight medical team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR certification (will provide training if not certified)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during 8-hour shifts
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for documentation tasks
