Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Ensure clean, safe, and comfortable patient environments
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care
- Adhere to all hospital policies and infection control protocols
Qualifications

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
