Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations in electronic health records
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Respond to patient call lights and provide timely assistance throughout the night

- Participate in shift handoffs and report changes in patient condition
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
