Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient support including mobility assistance, vital sign monitoring, and daily care routines
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Assist nurses with clinical tasks under supervision (e.g., specimen collection, wound care prep)
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments following strict infection control protocols
- Respond promptly to patient call bells and address basic comfort needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance clinical skills
Qualifications
- No prior healthcare experience required—we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

- Reliable transportation for night shift hours (typically 7 PM - 7 AM)

- Must be available for rotating weekends and holidays
