Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient support including vital signs monitoring and basic care tasks
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and comfort during night hours
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with nursing staff on patient care plans
- Respond promptly to patient call bells and emergencies
- Ensure patient rooms and equipment are sanitized and stocked
- Participate in shift handovers and team huddles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred but not required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Commitment to night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
