Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to medical staff
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, feeding, mobility)
- Document patient observations and care logs accurately
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Respond to patient calls and emergencies promptly
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians during shift changes
- Stock medical supplies and maintain equipment readiness
Qualifications
- No prior healthcare experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours
- Pass background check and drug screening
