Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and document observations in electronic health records
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, feeding, and mobility
- Respond to patient call bells and emergency situations following protocol
- Collaborate with RNs and medical staff to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Stock medical supplies and equipment for overnight shifts
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients during night hours
Qualifications
- No prior healthcare experience required – we train all team members!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR certification (provided during training)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and health screening
