Responsibilities
- Perform clinical procedures including vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomy under supervision
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and minor medical procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and electronic health documentation
- Prepare examination rooms and medical supplies for overnight operations
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide basic health education
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and emergency services when needed
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be available to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts (including weekends)
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn medical software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid CPR certification (training provided if needed)
- Pass background check and drug screening
