Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.

- Collaborate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (10-20 WPM).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
