Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and document observations during night shifts
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily care routines
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Respond to patient calls and emergencies per protocol
- Maintain clean and organized patient care areas
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans
- Complete training modules and skill assessments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during night shifts
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Background check and drug screen required
- Must be available for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license preferred
