Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect, sort, and package inventory according to specifications
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Operate warehouse machinery under supervision
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Complete inventory counts and documentation accurately
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level position
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50lbs
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Flexible schedule availability for night shifts (10PM-6AM)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
