Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email during the night shift.
- Assist customers with product information, account management, and troubleshooting solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and issues accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the night operations team to ensure service level targets are met.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Maintain a professional, calm, and helpful demeanor while resolving complex issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space.
- Availability to work night shifts, specifically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
